Description

At Clark Retirement, we are committed to creating a vibrant, welcoming community where residents feel confident in their decision to call us home. Our Sales team plays a vital role in bringing that experience to life, serving as the first connection for prospective residents and their families, and guiding them through one of life’s most important transitions with care, clarity, and trust.

As a Senior Living Advisor, you won’t simply manage leads—you will build meaningful relationships and help individuals and families navigate their next chapter. From developing referral partnerships and leading community tours to implementing strategic outreach and marketing efforts, you’ll be at the center of connecting people to a place where they can truly thrive. You will collaborate closely with community leadership and team members to ensure a seamless, supportive experience from first inquiry to move-in.

This role is ideal for someone who has direct senior living sales experience, is driven, personable, and highly organized, with a genuine passion for connecting with others. Your ability to listen, communicate effectively, and build trust—combined with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through—will directly impact the growth and success of the community.

As a BHI Senior Living Community, the team at Clark Retirement is united in mission, leads with compassion, and provides opportunities to grow and thrive professionally.
