Minimum Qualifications
Graduation Date
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a nationally accredited program.
- Actively enrolled in a degree seeking program at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship or co-op position.
- Preferred majors for this position: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Engineering Science
- Preferred academic standing for this position: December 2026 – May 2027 Graduates

What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the development of Subscale personnel and operational processes within the manufacturing plant, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and team empowerment to support scalable production capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional product implementation efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver flawless execution from concept to launch.
- Manage quote request workflows, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the development team to ensure timely, accurate, and strategic responses that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and overall business performance, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
