What you will be doing:

Your goal in this position is to administer the various executive compensation plans, including, but not limited to, benchmarking, enrollment, maintaining participant records, database management, completing financial accruals, modeling, calculating participant payments, completing general ledger entries & reconcilements, individual statement preparation & distribution, etc. You will administer non-qualified plans and work with non-qualified vendor recordkeeping systems. Other responsibilities include SEC incentive risk assessment, America Sales Incentive Plan payments, Board of Directors compensation (payments, stock issuance, deferrals, new and retiring directors, 1099s, etc.). You will manage all salary surveys. As needed, will work directly with both internal and external auditors. You’ll also participate in a variety of other compensation duties and projects as assigned.

  • Solid compensation knowledge and experience.

  • Strong collaboration skills coupled with the ability to develop strong working relationships with other functions.

  • Excellent process, project and time management skills.

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels of the organization and in representing the company with outside audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing strong organization skills.

  • Proficient technology knowledge and demonstrated skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, SharePoint).

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Working knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act and other employment related laws and regulations.

  • Possess a solid understanding of issues relevant to Human Resources and impact on the company.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in a related field preferred.
  • Multi-country compensation experience a plus.
  • World at Work certification a plus.


Your Future Team:

You will work with a dynamic team, consisting of compensation colleagues from various regions of the world and numerous departments throughout the organization. You’ll report to the Director of Global Compensation. This is an individual contributor role.
