This position is responsible for building positive relationships with youth guests and the community assisting the youth towards ending their homelessness. Initial contact is through youth accessing the Y.E.S. Shelter, followed by assessing and determining those interested and ready to enter a program track. The case manager works with the youth through their journey to help ensure continued success and complete independence. The youth case manager is expected to have a certain number of cases outside of the track pertaining to youth.
