Are you ready for a career-defining opportunity to reinvent one of the world's largest e-commerce marketplaces? Millions of third-party Sellers and Vendors worldwide run a variety of businesses through the Amazon Marketplace. As we continue to innovate on behalf of our customers, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to build tools that enable the next generation of analytics for our customer experience and lead a highly visible engineering excellence initiative with significant business impact. This role works closely with Technical Directors, VP’s and Principal Engineers to identify patterns, set goals, and drive cross-organization collaboration across the entire North American Consumer team.

About Amazon Selling Partners
We provide the tools that enable Sellers and Vendors to successfully engage with Amazon. Both of these audiences are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.

What you bring
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for projects that span across the organization and raise the bar for our North American Consumer Technical Community. You will:
· Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product portfolio, including our innovative analytics platform that is redefining how we measure and improve Amazon's already best-in-class customer experience
· Partner with business and technology stakeholders and leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives through leadership and influence
· Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results and achieve the goals and objectives of both your team and the broader organization
· Own and deliver engineering excellence goals impacting teams across the organization, communicate progress and manage Director and VP stakeholder expectations
