We are looking for an Help Desk Tech Intern that is patient focused that will enrich the lives of our residents, families and employees. Under general supervision but following existing policies and procedures as well as all applicable healthcare laws and regulations including HIPAA, the Help Desk Technician will provide support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Identify, research, and resolve IT technical problems. Respond to IT client telephone calls and email requests (from employees and residents) for service. The help desk support technician will document, track and monitor the problems to ensure a timely resolution.

We are searching for dedicated candidate who has passion to serve the elderly. This candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook, able to problem solve and are caring and compassionate.
