On this team, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO), the Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT) and other global counterparts. Acting as the primary coordinator for project planning and communications, you will represent the CPO providing planning, project management, and strategic communications support. How you would contribute to the role:

If you are an independent and action-oriented personality, strong in communications strategy and planning, this position may be a great fit! This highly-visible role will help drive our most critical enterprise projects to create long-term, sustainable growth for Amway. In this role, you will partner with HRLT and our CPO, to guide key Enterprise projects requiring Human Resources support. In this role you will manage and facilitate all CPO and HRLT meetings and events, involving the preparation for all presentations and materials. Additionally, you will (in conjunction with Executive & Internal Communications) craft speeches, memos, and communications supporting the needs for various projects. Additionally, you will directly manage the development of the Global Human Resources AOP and LRBP. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CPO, tact and diplomacy are fundamental to the role as you ensure that key decisions are made and that agreed upon commitments are kept. You will be responsible for guiding HR enterprise projects to successful outcomes, by developing project plans and executing effective communication strategies that inform and engage key audiences. Working predominately with executives, you will have the opportunity to influence employee engagement, by bringing the key messages to life.   • High degree of emotional intelligence and confidence to work closely with leaders across the company
  • Background leading communications strategies and planning to develop, execute, and measure communications, across a variety of channels
  • Proven communicator, able to lead strategic and visible communications projects
  • Ability to create alignment across a variety of complex and interrelated enterprise topics
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex subject matter into relatable content based on audience
  • Ability to create, implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for key projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a larger team working to align competing priorities
  • Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities to coordinate deliverables
  • Background in executive or strategic communications, helping leaders craft insights for multiple audiences
  • BS degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Project Management or a related discipline
