The ideal candidate will have technical interest or experience, must be able to pay close attention to detail and display both a strong customer-service focus and work ethic. Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel & Word software is a plus.
This team member will be responsible for coordination of safety equipment rentals and instrument repair. No prior experience necessary; we will train to test instruments for accuracy, to perform preventative maintenance of equipment, to troubleshoot and to make additional adjustments or repairs as needed. This team member will also be responsible for in person and/or over the phone customer support, and may assist in receiving and occasional delivery of devices.
Pay commensurate with experience and skill level with opportunity for advancement. Recent graduates are welcome.
