Nutrilite is the leading Nutrition brand in the world, and the Nutrition Marketing team works to deliver fresh ideas that will fuel our Nutrition product portfolio, offering products that our Amway Business Owners (ABO’s) want to sell, and our global consumers want to buy. As part of the nutrition brand team, you will partner with cross functional teams to develop and commercialize new products based on consumer insights and portfolio strategy. This team leads marketing capabilities for the flagship product for the #1 selling nutrition brand sold globally. Your brand management talent will bring fresh ideas to this category in a visible role, helping to further expand buyers for this leading product category!
How you would contribute to the role:
Working with a talented Marketing team and an extraordinary range of global partners, you will lead marketing capabilities for the multi vitamin product categories, with responsibility for Double X, our leading nutrition product. Understanding consumer needs and ABO business drivers, you will help define ideas, develop solutions and inspire impactful go to market plans. Your balance between creativity and analysis will help drive projects through the development cycle, working from ideation to post launch, touching every step of the process. You will mine for data insights, analyze competition and study trends to write concepts and drive strategy. Your role will bring framework to product launch plans and working with global partners you will deliver new products and solutions into our global markets. Your business leadership, brand management experience, and inspiring thoughts will impact this product category and on global nutrition sales.
What skills and background will be important to be successful:
- Minimum ten years’ business leadership and/or brand management experience in a consumer product environment
- Background supporting brand strategy development with nutrition products
- Experience with digital communication and agile design
- Talent to “think outside the box”, offering fresh ideas, that will fuel new opportunities
- Analytical talent to recognize and communicate implications and trends
- Talent to lead project teams offering influence with tact and diplomacy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline
- Ability to travel globally, up to 15%
