Agile Safety is seeking a Lead Service Technician to Evaluate, repair and calibrate handheld electronic instrumentation.

PREVIOUS TRAINING:

  • Not required, on job training will be provided

 DESIRED SKILLS / QUALITIES:

  • Friendly customer service attitude is a must
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated a must
  • Good deductive reasoning / problem solving skills a must
  • Strong drive toward task completion a must
  • Technically-Mechanically inclined a plus
  • Experience with customer service / technical support a plus
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Comfortable learning and using computer programs (training will be provided)
    • Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks
    • Other industry/equipment specific software for instruments

 DUTIES:

  • Evaluate, repair and calibrate handheld electronic instrumentation
  • Directing workflow for the service department to ensure effect performance
  • Technical support for customers and sales staff
  • Managing records for warranty parts program
  • Assist rental department with instrument preparation
  • Occasional on-site service and calibration of fixed installation instrumentation
