Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field required
- 3-5 years of experience in a relational sales role required. Experience in the Life Plan Community industry is preferred
- An understanding assisted living and dementia
- Ability to build effective relationships with referral sources
- Sales and business savvy, attention to detail, self-direction and motivation
- Experience using and managing a CRM system
Description
Clark is seeking a highly talented Sales Counselor & Community Liaison. This role requires an individual who is skilled at developing a keen understanding of the needs and desires of prospective residents and their family members and a drive to close sales. In addition, you will proactively build relationships with community members of the Greater Grand Rapids area, in order to enhance referral opportunities.
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Achieve and exceed sales goals to achieve occupancy levels
- Develop successful relationships with referral sources
- Promote the Clark brand and all that our Life Plan Community offers
- Utilize CRM software to track outgoing contact efforts, current leads, and follow-up results
- Participate in the Sales team on-call evening, weekend, and holiday rotation
