What you will be doing:

Your goal is to bring the most dynamic and diverse Sales talent to Steelcase while acting as an advisor to internal partners and contributing to multi-faceted projects. You will lead full cycle recruitment with a heavy emphasis on scouting, candidate engagement and experience, and guiding the selection process.

You have a background in relationship-based, consultative recruitment and take a proactive approach in growing your pipeline and staying engaged with top talent. You understand the importance of both the hiring manager and candidate experience and how to eloquently represent both throughout the recruitment process. You have the ability to lead through influence, think critically, and solve problems.

Desired Qualifications:

While we prioritize skill and ability, we preference recent experience in a recruiting, sales, or marketing. Ideally, you will have significant strength in one or more of the following areas:

  • Recruitment of Sales professionals
  • Direct selling and/or marketing experience with an affinity for talent
  • Talent advisory experience with a desire to scout

Work Environment:

We offer flexible work as part of our hybrid work strategy. While the office is the primary hub for doing work, employees are trusted and empowered to manage their schedule and workloads. This position can be performed remotely from any US location, but beneficial to be in a location where we have an office.
