Your Future Team – Channel Development:

You will be joining a team of high performance consultants whose mission is to develop strong, profitable, and sustainable dealer networks that will exceed customer expectations.

What you will be doing:

You will act as primary point of contact for monitoring dealer performance, understanding capabilities, leading strategy alignment and configuration. You will work as a business partner to VP Business Group and associated RVP’s and participate as either team leader or team member in projects initiated to improve market performance through:

· Developing strategies for improving dealer performance, by market, and it might include contemplating dealer configuration and structure/ownership options

· Understanding and overcoming barriers in developing PTI and managing implementation.

You will regularly collaborate through joint objectives with Channel Development transitions and capabilities teams and work closely with sales and credit. The position will deal with a range of business issues related to performance, alignment and capabilities.

This position will require significant travel to key markets across North America (50%).

Who you are:

You are a results-oriented business consultant with the ability to assess, lead & manage thru complex situations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You are skilled at handling complex and at times contentious business issues while maintaining strong and credible relationships with dealer leadership and key internal corporate functional groups. You have the ability to promote ideas and influence channel partners in a highly sensitive environment. You exercise empirical thinking and decision making and have strong investigative and analytical skills for research and on-site data gathering. You thrive in a highly collaborative, cross-functional and team-oriented environment.


· 8+ years’ professional experience in a Channel Consulting or similar role. Background in Sales, Operations and/or Finance highly preferred.

· Proven business consulting and financial background with strong analytical skills and a robust business process expertise.

· Strong knowledge of dealer/distribution business processes and best practices.

· Knowledge of the Sales process is highly beneficial.

· Knowledge of process and performance methodology including financial ratios.

· Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred, or similar knowledge gained through varied experiences.
