What we need:
We are looking for a strong Digital Product Owner to lead the business perspective of the new Customer Care products that we are bringing to market.

This is an exciting time to join our Digital team. The team is expanding rapidly and is working toward the modernization of Amway products, applications, and more. This Product Owner role will work with cross-functional product teams that develop and deliver a variety of products. They think about how to build solutions that address the needs that stakeholders have. This position reports to the Manager of Digital Experience Delivery for the portfolio of eCommerce products.
The Digital team is a group of people that love ensure that the products they create meet the needs of their end users. This team has the freedom to create and is given the tools and autonomy to do so through Agile product development.
Amway’s digital footprint is growing, and this team is a key part of that.
How you would contribute to the role:
You will be asked to take over product rollout of the growing Hybris eCommerce space. This is an opportunity to push boundaries, so we want you to bring in new thoughts and ideas. This is a very visible position with a strong partnership within IT and senior leadership.
Day to day, you will be working with the Hybris delivery team from Digital and IT, both domestic and off-shore. It is your responsibility that Amway’s vision for Hybris is executed. This includes our main eCommerce site, as it runs on Hybris.
You will be clearly communicating features, getting user stories, getting user feedback, looking at analytics…all with the goal of making sure that we are building the right features for our customers. You will have to go out and find solutions without a lot of handholding. There will be complex problems and challenges for you to work through with your delivery team.
You will be measured on how well the tools you help create maximize the value of our customer service space.

- You have previously worked as a Product Owner, working with Agile Delivery teams to deliver software or digital experiences
- You have experience working with partner systems and their implementation.
- You are CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certified.
- You have experience working with Customer Service-focused technologies.
