Description bswift is currently seeking an experienced Billing Analyst to join our Billing Services Team.

The Billing Analyst is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by providing superior knowledge of products, services and regulations to allow the retention and growth of existing customers and effectively impact new sales growth.

Fundamental Components
  • Handle client specific escalations and be the main point of contact/liaison to ensure accurate resolution steps are taken.
  • Maintain client specific knowledge to help support Client Services.
  • Managing the processing calendar to ensure tasks are kicking off and meeting deadlines as expected.
  • Helping to ensure quality and governance within all processes. Preforming audit checks and outputs are meeting expected needs.
  • Assist in auditing of Billing Processor work.
  • Accurately respond to assigned emails, salesforce tickets, ticket tracker tickets, and internal requests within established turn around time. Measured by random audits, as well as number and scale of issues that escalate.
  • Handle all movement of money requests and track appropriately.
  • Ensure monthly audits of assigned clients are being done including auditing unlocked invoices.
  • Governing that invoices are generating and meeting expected timelines.


Background Experience
3+ Years of direct client and/or analyst experience preferred. Must be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic functionality). Strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions.
