Purpose of Job:

To lead and manage OB Sales efforts within a specific territory to achieve agreed upon targets.

Key Areas of Responsibility: -

Role Specific

1.

To develop and implement operational plans within your area of responsibility;

2.

To establish meaningful performance indicators for your area of responsibility, monitor performance and communicate findings as necessary;

3.

Plan, organise and allocate your time & resources to ensuring the most effective utilisation of resources.

4.

To set sales targets for individual sub regions within your geography to meet your overall sales target and monitor and analyse performance and provide periodic reports on performance to Sales Director;

5.

To articulate Orangebox value proposition, overcome objections, navigate sales process and close business.

6.

To assist with the training and promotion of Orangebox within Steelcase and dealer sales

7.

To develop sales strategies to win new accounts and manage existing accounts

8.

To develop positive relationships and manage key major accounts & dealers

9.

To keep up to date with developments in the market place, including products and competitors

Marketing, Relationships & Training

1.

Provide leadership and education for Steelcase Sales Team(s)

2.

Represent and portray the Orangebox brand, attitude and culture.

3.

Planning and executing agreed upon marketing campaigns with Orangebox, Steelcase and Dealers.

4.

Lead, plan and implement change where necessary within your area(s) of responsibility in order to achieve plans

Other

1.

Comply with the Company’s Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety etc.), as applicable to your role, with particular attention to the regulatory elements;

2.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements, in line with Company policy (where applicable);

3.

Manage your own professional development to ensure you have up to date knowledge of best practice within your area of responsibility;

4.

Monitor and control personal and area expenditure (CapEx & P&L) and ensure compliance with budget

5.

To manage and / or participate in inter-departmental projects as and when required;

6.

Foster a culture of affinity & loyalty for Orangebox within the broader influencer groups (Steelcase, Steelcase Dealers, Orangebox Dealers, A&D, Real Estate, Facilities and others)
