Our Operations Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operations side of our organization. Under the guidance of the VP of People Operations, this position provides administrative support for our robust training and development department, our recruiting efforts, and our cross-mission ministry team. This position serves as editor for our for our extensive training and recruitment library and our policy and procedure repository. This role provides support in preparing for training events, including production of materials. sourcing food and beverage, and set-up and tear down of the room. This role maintains our People Operations SharePoint portal. Finally, this role provides calendaring and communication in support of our Chief Operations Officer and our Senior Vice President of Operations, in addition to maintaining our COO's expense account. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in editing forms and documents, managing multiple calendars, and staging events. Attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal are key.
