This position is full-time, non-exempt, and 3rd shift. The Intake Supervisor's role within Mel Trotter Ministries is to oversee, guide, and direct the activities of Intake Specialists throughout their shift. Through active and positive engagement, they work closely with staff, volunteers, and guests to provide a person-centered, safe environment. They also ensure adherence to procedures and protocols, and help prevent, manage, and diffuse high-risk/emergencies.
