Studio C, parent company of Celebration Cinema, ShowSpan, Listening Room, One Twenty Three Tavern and Studio Park is looking for a highly motivated, experienced IT Manager. In this full-time exempt role, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be responsible for the day-to-day Information Technology (IT) activities in the areas of maintenance and repair for all Studio C companies, located in West and Central Michigan. Requires traveling (70%) and availability to be on-call, when required.

Studio C exists to create space where story happens. Our IT Manager helps to set the stage and provide resources for a Celebrated guest and employment experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Build Trusting Relationships - Manage relationships with IT partners.
  • Manage the policies and procedures to ensure security of computer devices and networks, dependability of backup and recovery systems, and the protection of assets.
  • Deliver a meaningful experience while completing the following: deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems including, but not limited to, virtualized servers & desktops, point of sale, email (Office365/Exchange/Outlook), backups, disaster recovery, access control, telephones, fire alarm connectivity, security camera systems, radio systems, wireless capabilities circuit-wide, paging, SANs, switches, routers, network infrastructure, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years or more of progressively responsible experience as an IT Manager, certified network engineer, and/or systems administrator/engineer. Certifications may be used for partial substitution of education or experience requirements at the discretion of management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science, data processing/information systems/technology or related field preferred.
  • MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional),MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) & MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
  • Possesses an excellent knowledge of and diagnostic abilities with common hardware, software, and networking technologies associated with Microsoft Windows, Cisco, and Hyper-V environments.
  • Proven experience and skills specializing in the configuration and maintenance of Office 365, Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Familiar with SANs (Storage Area Networks), server documentation and maintenance of backups, errors and security procedures.
  • Familiar with common physical data cabling, specifically Twisted Pair, Single and Multi-mode Fiber.
  • Familiar with Mac OS X and its integration into an Active Directory environment.
  • Additional IT certification(s) that distinguishes skill set for network security, VoIP, and/or Hyper-V.
  • Skilled in prioritization, organization, verbal communications and interpersonal relations.
  • Proven abilities and success as a team leader: driving the right culture, creating expectations of high performance and accountability, supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; earning respect, seeking diverse ways to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely and meaningful written and verbal feedback.
  • Have courage to make the tough decisions but, also the courage to be playful, loosen up and have some fun!
  • Ability to take total ownership and/or coordinate projects from beginning to end, working with multiple departments and outside organizations effectively.
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high stress environment and constantly changing priorities as needs arise.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with limited instruction/supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, perform work with a positive attitude, empathy and in a professional manner at all times.
