About this Opportunity
As a Housekeeper/Attendant Call-in working at our Marigold Lodge, you'll perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to keep offices, conference areas, guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas in a clean and orderly condition on a call-in basis. You'll be responsible for ensuring corporate facilities appropriately reflect the Herman Miller brand and provide a superior customer experience.

Clean and maintain the facility and area(s) as assigned.
Complete your work within scheduled hours.
Keep storage and equipment areas neat and organized. You will monitor equipment and product usage and advise the supervisor of the supplies on hand.
Maintain a complete working knowledge of cleaning products.
Operate and monitor special equipment (may include laundering machines, floor maintenance, etc.).
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Set up rooms in accordance with work instructions.
Update and keep the supervisor aware of cleaning details on a daily basis.

You might be just who we’re looking for if you have...
A high school diploma or equivalent.
The ability to read and understand cleaning instructions and information.
Three years of cleaning experience in an employment setting.
The ability to work efficiently alone or with a team.
A flexible schedule and the availability to work weekends as required by business needs.
A willingness to provide support in various areas of the facility as needed.
The flexibility and ability to work when called in with short notice.
The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations.
