Advance Packaging Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Serve as the in-house service and sales representative contact. Write detailed product specifications and quotes ensuring the order is run to specifications at the most competitive/profitable price.  Work with tooling vendors to purchase print mats and cutting dies.  Enter orders ensuring accurate machine routing and delivery times.   Negotiate with the customer and internal staff to resolve problems and implement new procedures. Maintains specification files to reflect any changes in routing, cost, printing, etc.  Identifies problem areas and potential solutions for the customer and internally.  Maintains customer and specification files and modify to reflect changes.  This is a job for a detail oriented person who can produce timely and accurate information in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have an Associate degree in business, administration or other related field.  Previous experience working in customer service or sales in a custom design manufacturing industry is preferred.  Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft office tools and the ability to see spatial relationships used in mechanical drawing or carton industry experience is extremely helpful.  Every order is a custom designed order and every customer conversation requires excellent customer service communication skills.

Candidates must pass a post offer drug test, physical, and background check.
