Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Talent Acquisition * Days - 40hrs/wk

General Summary:
Under the direction of the Human Resource Business Partner, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing centralized administrative and project support for the HR Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements:

  1. Associates degree in business, human resources or closely related field. Bachelor’s Degree (or pursuing) preferred.
  2. Two (2) years of experience in human resources, business office and/or administration and 2 years of customer service experience. Human Resources experience highly preferred.
  3. Strong interpersonal communication/customer service skill.
  4. Strong computer skills including: word, excel, and powerpoint
  5. High degree of analytical ability, organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a general HR knowledge base in order to effectively respond to general HR, employment, policy, procedure and benefit questions.
  • Schedules and meets with new hires to collect required documentation and ensure an efficient new hire onboarding process.
  • Assists with the coordination of the electronic employee file system through the efficient scanning, uploading, and indexing of personnel files.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, screening applications, phone screens, sending rejection emails and sending electronic consent forms.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information, notes in the applicant tracking program.
  • Ensure HFAP compliance on all new hire files and that new hire files meet all job description requirements.
  • Meet with new hires and help them complete the new hire process; tax forms, orientation dates, signing offer letter and new hire work order.
  • Assist in the planning and coordinating of recruitment activities.
  • Assist in evaluating and coordinating sourcing of applicants, including advertisements and job fairs.
  • Assist with the planning, coordinating and facilitation of General Orientation.
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned by HR leadership.
