What you will be doing:
You will be supervising teams responsible for the design, architecture, implementation and administration of corporate information systems. You will be required to drive innovation and support business change initiatives through the efficient coordination of resources and technologies in the business. You will be responsible for resource management, career development, performance management, communication and alignment with your stakeholders.
Who you are:
You are a proven leader with a technical background and experience in cloud and on-premise solution for HR and Communication business functions. You have a passion for system integration, and you get energized by working with people across geographies. You like working with a framework of an Agile team and you have a strong inclination for bringing innovation in the existing processes.
BA or BS degree or equivalent. Team leader, project leader, process leader, technical leader and/or 4 years of professional or leadership experience required.

Your Future Team:
You will be leading a team that supports the global HR and Communication systems landscape and collaborates closely with the stakeholders and the Product Owner. This team will be tasked to roll-out a new system integration strategy and implement it in an Agile fashion. The priority of the team is to create a stable IT environment with a clear focus on the user experience with these systems of engagement mentioned above.
