We are hiring a part time U.S Immigration Analyst to facilitate all U.S immigration processes.


What You Will Be Doing:

Work with closely Global Mobility consultant, Human Resource Business Partners and vendors to facilitate all US Immigration. Partner with vendors on continuous improvement. Coordinate relocations and cross border commuters across the globe. Communicate with employee and leaders on status of a cases. Work as a liaison with employees and vendors as needed to support. Produce and publish monthly reports to leadership.

You will be part of a Global Benefits team and you will work closely with a Global Mobility consultant, Human Resource Business Partners and Immigration Vendors.

  • Ability to evaluate solution effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels of the organization and in representing the company with outside audiences.
  • Able to support projects using a multi-disciplined team approach.
  • Effective decision making, process and project management, and managing conflict skills.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous proven experience in a related field required
  • International experience is beneficial
