As a disability manager, you will support a case management team by providing ongoing coaching and staff development; engage in continuous improvement of operational process to maximize efficiencies; provide consultation to clients on complex cases and maintain advanced knowledge of FMLA, ADA and other relevant regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced and variety-filled environment who is quality driven.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar field preferred 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: Human Resources, Benefits Operations, Health Insurance, Hospital Administration 3 years demonstrated leadership and staff development expertise Highly organized; capable of keeping many balls in the air at one time
