Crisis Residential Clinician
Provide comprehensive, treatment services in a crisis residential facility. Ability to provide individual, group and family therapy for youth who are diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance (SED) and their families. Provide follow up services after discharge and coordination with primary provider or county of origin. Offering and a variety of treatment services for families to strengthen their abilities and create lasting change. Preferred experience in TF/CBT, DBT and family systems work. Services are youth and family-centered and build on the youth and family strengths to increase personal and community supports, promote healthy family functioning, support and preserve families. Services are provided as part of the crisis residential setting. Schedule includes day-time, evening, and weekend shifts. On call responsibilities for after- hours admissions.
Minimum MSW/MA in a mental health-related field from an accredited school. Individual with specialized training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families. Must be trained in CAFAS or ability to be trained as a reliable rater of CAFAS. Lived experience with behavioral health issues is desired.
