Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the coordination of psychiatric services.

Requirements:
|
|
Position Requirements — Essential:
1.LPN or RN licensure in the State of Michigan
2.Excellent verbal and communication skills
3.Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to deal effectively with a variety of tasks simultaneously
4.Experience/knowledge about mental illness, brain injury and substance abuse
5.Experience/knowledge of case management
6.Ability to interact effectively with employees, consumers, significant others, care givers, Rehab Case Managers and insurance company representatives
7.Ability to operate a computer effectively
8.Ability to articulate and support the mission of Hope Network to various audiences
9.Valid Michigan driver’s license and driving record acceptable according to Hope Network policy
Preferred Requirements:
1.3-5 years of nursing experience
2.Three or more years of experience working with individuals that have mental illness, substance abuse issues, and/or brain injury
3.Three or more years of case management experience
4.Experience working within a doctors office
This is an hourly position requiring the ability to work 30-39 hours per week.
