Summary of responsibilities:
Provides personal care, protection, and supervision to individuals residing in a transitional, short-term and/or long-term residential rehabilitation program. Assists in coordinating individuals’ schedules and implements clinical treatment plans as established by the individual and his/her interdisciplinary treatment team. Models appropriate behavior and teaches life skills to residents. Develops and maintains therapeutic working relationships with individuals and families.
Essential Position Requirements:
·High school diploma or equivalent.
·Valid drivers license with driving record acceptable according to Hope Network policy.
·Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Pay range:
$10.00 and up.
