Job Title:   Human Resources Generalist
 
Job Info:   This position is responsible for assisting organization-wide recruitment, onboarding initiatives and processes.
Responsible for community outreach to expand recruitment initiatives, career and job fairs, and all methods of recruitment.
Responsible for effectively and efficiently administering pre-employment and continued employment requirements and processes, ensuring employees are current in credentialing and employment requirements;
•works with the Human Resources Director and the HR Team in the implementation and monitoring of HR Policies and Procedures;
•assist in onboarding of Volunteer, and Internships;
•assist on special projects and ensuring compliance with State and Federal Employment Laws.

Responsible for the working with the HR Director and the HR Team in coordination with Program Directors/Managers of timely and accurate responses to audit requests. Partners with the HR Director and Program Managers on day-to-day employee relations. Requires attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills, proficient with Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook and technology related activities.
