When
the Live Support button on the left is flashing "Online" start
a support chat session by clicking the button. A window will
pop up, enter your name an email address, a screen name and
a topic then click next. The system will contact our support
department immediately, please allow 15 seconds for the page
to refresh to see an answer. Type your questions at the bottom
and read the response above.
When the button
says "Offline" you can leave a message for tech support
and they will respond as soon as they return
