Step One: Log in through LHRMA.org or CareerMatrix.com with your user name and
password, and click on the "Manage Jobs"
button in the upper left corner
Step Two: Click on the "Purchase
More Job Credits" link near the top of the page.
Note: This link will only appear for a single job
member employers. Full member employers can post unlimited
jobs anytime.

Step Three: Select the Invoice option, and the billing contact information
is automatically entered, however you can change this
information. Then click
the drop down list and select the number of jobs to
be posted (Note we will not
invoice you for the jobs that you post in the HR category).
In the space marked "PO
/ Reference #" enter LHRMA,
then move to the bottom of the page and click the
"Confirm Billing Info" button.
Step Four: Click again on the "Manage
Jobs" button and notice that the number of job
credits appear in the upper right
corner. Now (a) click on "Manage My Jobs" to reactivate an older position
you already have in the system, or (b) click on one of the Post Job links
"Submit a job" (Either the cut and paste
or the builder). Be sure
to select the category "Human Resources".
Finished: Note that the free HR jobs
will need to be posted immediately after purchasing
the job credit, and must be a legitimate HR job, not
a different position like maintenance, or machine
operator that has been listed in the HR category.
We will check to make sure that you have this job posted
in the system under the "Human Resources"
category, and that you are an active member of LHRMA. Once we verify all of this is correct, your invoice will be deleted.

To post a FREE HR job on CareerMatrix.com it is necessary
to first become a member. It's very easy to do and
can be completed online in a few minutes. A single
job membership is FREE and allows LHRMA members
to post FREE HR jobs. Or if you want to post in other
categories the cost is $100 per job posting for one
month.

Sign up -Step One: The data for step one is the company contact information
for your account and not the contact information for
the job. Once you complete the information on this page, our
system will check to make sure that you do not already have
an account. If you do have an account, the next page will give you
the information to help you get logged in. If you do not find your
name in the list, click "Continue Creating New Account."
This page is where you will choose the user
name and password. The logon is case sensitive and
needs to be at least four characters long. You may
want to choose a generic user name and password so
that you can share it with other representatives in
your office. We do not charge any extra for additional
users in the same office. The last part of this step
is to choose a look up question and give the correct
answer and to choose the type of employer you are
Sign up -Step Two: is the billing
information. First, choose what type of membership
you want. If you choose a single job membership, the account
is free.
At this time you can
purchase jobs for one hundred dollars per job. Select the type
of payment. If you choose "bill me", you
will not need to fill in the credit card information.
Please understand that when the sign up process is
completed, you will not be able to immediately log
in until we have approved your account. This normally
will take about 10 minutes after you have completed
the sign up form. If you choose the credit card payment,
then fill in the appropriate card information and
go on to the next step.
Sign up -Step Three is the membership
agreement which you must read and accept in order
to continue.
Sign up -Step Four: is the graphics
release form. This is optional, however, if you do
not accept this option, we can not include a copy
of your logo on your jobs. If you do accept the graphic
release form, the logo is used on your jobs, and occasionally
on a list with all of our other members at various
job fairs around the state. We will not use a logo
in any advertising without express permission from
you. Normally, we can get the logo from your web site,
however, if you have a specific logo that is not available
on the web, you can e-mail it to us. Also, you can
come back later to approve the graphics if you want.
As an added note, if your company has multiple divisions,
with different logo identities, we can set up a logo
carousel for you to select whatever logo you want
to use for each job. There is no cost for this option,
however, you must accept the graphics release form
for this to be available.
Sign up -Step Five is simply a confirmation
page where you can review all of your information,
and click the submit button. After clicking the submit
button, If you paid with a credit card, the system
will automatically log you in and credit you with
the amount of jobs you ordered. If you clicked the
"Bill me" option, you will need to wait
about ten minutes before you try to log in.

One last note, when you log in, you may get a warning
that you are being directed to a "non secure
page". This is because the system takes you to
a secure page while it transmits your user name and
password, than it goes back to a non secure page so
that the system runs much faster. Just click the okay
button and continue.
