Porter Hills is a non-profit
Continuing Care Retirement Community located on 35 acres of
rolling hills in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Established in 1964
the main campus is home to over 400 residents.
In addition to the main
campus, Porter Hills offers senior housing in two other West
Michigan locations. Services include a medicare certified Home
Health Agency and a Private Duty Agency.
