North Ottawa Community Hospital (NOCH) is an 81-bed acute care hospital located in Grand Haven, Michigan. Like other progressive institutions, our profile changes to meet the needs of our patients and the challenges of our industry. We are a community health care system with a variety of inpatient, outpatient and support services. Affiliate organizations strengthen our seamless delivery of care, by transforming us into a health care delivery system. In a very real sense, we are not "just a hospital anymore."
We serve all communities in northwest Ottawa County and adjacent communities in southern Muskegon County. NOCH is a private, non-profit hospital. Our convenient location provides all area residents with affordable, quality medical care close to home.
We are fully accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and monitor our quality and customer service on an ongoing basis. A fundamental attribute of a community hospital is its ability to respond to the ever- changing needs of those it serves. NOCH has responded through the years, offering the latest technology, efficiently run services, a variety of wellness programs and the ultimate in compassionate care.
In short, we are large enough to be current, but small enough to be personal.
