OUR HISTORY

Founded in 1974 by Raymond P. Elliott, P.E., we are a Michigan Corporation providing environmental and geotechnical drilling and remediation contracting throughout the Midwest.  MATECO has performed a wide range of geotechnical and environmental drilling projects, including specialized in-situ soil testing, monitoring well and recovery well installations.  These types of projects have been performed in the states of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, New York and New Jersey.  In addition, our affiliate Materials Testing Consultants, Inc. provides engineering, consulting and independent testing services in construction materials, soil mechanics and environmental matters.
