Rather than trying to be all things to all customers, we created two additional divisions to supplement our electrical contracting services. The telecommunication division, Voice Data Systems specializes in telephone and data networks and cutting-edge technology. The other division, System Engineering designs and installs sophisticated control for automated manufacturing systems.

Along the way, we have seen another dramatic phenomenon take shape. It seems that when you train and equip your employees and then give them the freedom to do the best job they can possibly do- a number of good things happen. You get employees who can't wait to get to work every day. You sleep well at night, knowing you've accomplished something of real and lasting value. And you get to know a lot of satisfied customers.
