Job Title:   Customer Care Representative
Job Description:   EPS Security has an opening for a talented individual to join the Customer Care Department. This person will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers.

Duties included (but not limited to):
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer problems and concerns.
  • Quote and process appropriate paperwork for small add-on work.
  • Assist with various duties, such as online billing and customer spreadsheets for the sales department.
Requirements:   Qualified candidates will have:
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) to three (3) years data entry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Interpersonal skills needed to deal courteously with co-workers and customers.
  • Organizational skills required and prioritizing work to meet required deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must have a friendly phone voice with a positive attitude.
  • Two (2) plus years’ experience in customer service preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a passion to help others.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
