Supervises and coaches staff providing mental health case management services to adults with ID/DD diagnosis and to youth with SED/ID/DD diagnosis populations. Assures the provision of quality services and contract compliance by managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program; coordinates with Program Manager on staffing and performance issues. Ensures that outcomes are defined and targets achieved.
Minimum MSW/MA in a mental health-related field from an accredited school. Three to five years related professional experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience with specialized training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of minors and their families. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Prior substance abuse experience and/or licensure preferred. Lived experience with behavioral health issues is desired.
