NTB is growing and is in need of Tractor-Trailer drivers. Drivers employed by NTB can expect 31-34 cents/mile to start and an additional 4 to 12 cents/mile for short hauls. In addition NTB offers a week-end premium. Because NTB is a regional short haul carrier operating in 11 states around the Great Lakes, we can offer our drivers a choice of work schedules either out 5 days and home 2 days or out 6 days and home 1 day. In addition, there is NO EAST COAST driving. NTB offers paid detention time, 98% no-touch freight, an excellent benefits program and an all assigned conventional fleet of Freightliner FLD100s, Century Class Condos and Columbia Condos and Mid-roof tractors.
