- We have created
an easy to use, self-serve, database driven
website, that employers and job seekers access
from the Internet. Each employer logs in via
a username and password protected by a secure
server. Once an employer logs in, they can post,
edit and deactivate jobs, search the resume
database and utilize the other features.
- CareerMatrix.com
provides memberships to employers. There are two
membership types:
- Full memberships
allow employers complete access to our system
including; unlimited job posting, unlimited
resume access, job statistics and more. Each
employer has a company profile page that is
available to job candidates and is registered
with various search engines.
- Single job memberships
allow employers to post jobs one at a time on
a pay as you go basis. Job postings are $100
each. Sign up for free and once approved, post
jobs anytime, anywhere and pay by credit card
or by invoice. Single job members do not have
resumes access.
- HR Assistant
is a plug-in
job listing for your organizations website
that automatically displays the jobs you post
on CareerMatrix.com. Save time and money by
submitting the job once and have it posted in
both places. Its so easy to set up your website
administrator should be able to have you running
in a day.
- Job candidates
have free access to search the job postings,
submit their resume(s), choose to activate "job
alert" a service that will automatically
notify them of new job postings, and more. We
do not require that candidates sign up to search
the job database so some candidates will contact
you directly.
- If you have an online
applicant system you can choose to send job
candidates directly to your applicant system
on your website rather than receiving resumes.
